No worry, please, as Melancaran takes guests’ security and the quality of services very seriously. We do stages of screening to affiliate service providers as well as the services they offer. To ensure you, we do even include the contacts of our service providers in every service or service we have.

What happens when I book service?
When you click the Book It button, you will be able to choose one or more options and book the service. After that, you will be prompted to review your order and enter your payment information: you can either pay via credit card or with PayPal. When you book an service, you are submitting a booking request to the provider/supplier. This does not mean that your request has automatically been accepted. Providers usually respond within a couple hours, but have up to 3 days or until your preferred date/time, whichever is sooner, before your request expires. If your booking request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation with your full itinerary, your provider’s contact information, and any notes the provider has shared, for example What to Bring. To protect you, Melancaran holds on to your payment until 12 hours after the service starts - if anything goes wrong you can simply contact us.
What is Melancaran’s cancellation policy?

How do I cancel an experience?
Go to Dashboard > Your Bookings to find all your upcoming experiences. Click through to the booking you want to cancel; at the bottom, you’ll find a reminder of the experience’s cancellation policy and a button to cancel your booking. The experience’s cancellation policy will determine whether or not you receive a full refund. Please note that your experience is only officially cancelled when you receive an email from us confirming the cancellation and your refund status. Who can provide service on Melancaran?
Almost anyone can provide an service on Melancaran, whether you’re an individual or a boutique travel company, as long as you are based on Bali, Indonesia.
How much does it cost to list services?
It’s all free! When you accept a booking request, Melancaran collects a service fee which is automatically deducted from the amount we pay out.
